Returns & Refunds
POLICY
Items purchased from Myx Tees are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days from date of purchase. All return shipping costs are your responsibility and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number from UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Make certain that your name and the order number are included inside the package with the merchandise.
Also, if returning a package to someplace outside your country (i.e. from the EU to the USA), make certain that the proper paperwork is filled out regarding duty charges. You should not be subject to any duty charges since this is a return but if the paperwork is not filled out correctly, then Myx Tees may deduct from any refund a charge to cover the duty of the returned merchandise.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
CONDITION
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached with all original packaging. Any garment with makeup or deodorant stains will be deemed unreturnable and will be sent back to the customer, at their specific request and at their expense.
SHOES
Shoe boxes, if provided, are an integral part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Since the soles of shoes scuff easily, try on the shoes on carpet, not hard surfaces. Any shoe returned with scuffs on the soles or heels will be deemed unreturnable and will be sent back to the customer, at their specific request and at their expense.
TRACKING RETURNS
You can track your return using the tracking number from your return label provided to you by UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on which carrier you chose for the return. Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing from when your returned items are received. You will receive an email confirming your return once your return has been processed.
REFUNDS
Returns take 7-10 business days to process after reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card or PayPal account. The exact amount of time varies depending on your financial institution.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS POLICY
If you return an excess amount of goods you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you become subject to this modification. The meaning of the term “excess” shall be at the sole discretion of Myx Tees depending on the individual circumstances but shall not encompass items that were faulty or damaged during shipping. Proof of faults and damage will be required.
UNRETURNABLE ITEMS
Any returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted and will be deemed unreturnable. Myx Tees will inform you of any item that has been deemed unreturnable. If an item has been deemed unreturnable, you will have 30 days to claim the item and ask for it to be sent back to you. Within those 30 days, you must provide Myx Tees with a prepaid shipping label that includes a tracking number. Any item that is left unclaimed after the 30 day period will be disposed of in any manner that Myx Tees deems fit.
FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact customer service immediately at Contact@MyxTees.com. Items that are not claimed as faulty or damaged within a reasonable period of time will no longer be able to be returned for this reason. The term “reasonable period of time” shall be at the discretion of Myx Tees but shall allow for normal delivery times and appropriate time to inspect the item once received.
